Recovery was not a single moment but a process of recognition, boundary-building, and meaning-making - a journey that sharpened her ability to recognise patterns others often sense but cannot name.Grounded spirituality became a stabilising force rather than an escape, informing a purpose-led approach that integrates psychological insight with ethical clarity.
